Blackmores ran four separate competitions for the sponsorship of the Australian Open as well as various retailers such as Lorna Jane, Woolworths and Amcal. On offer was over $200,000 worth of prizes in the form of gift vouchers and well known brand name give aways.
A multifaceted solution
Neubreed was asked to create a backend system that displayed various front end landing pages for capturing competition entries. We collaborated with The Zoo Republic and delivered a website system that could do much more.
Each campaign had timed open and closed dates which restricted the ability to enter the competitions or change the visual appearance and elements of the pages. The entry forms had conditions on various fields which enabled strong qualification and validity of entrants.
Once an entry had been made the data was made available to a thrid party draw engine where the winners would be drawn and posted back to the website in realtime. Each entry was also exported in realtime to Blackmores CRM system for analytics and re-marketing
A backend administration area for the client was developed so live progress of the entries coming could be seen with the ability to directly export the entries on demand filtering by various entry fields.
