The Crown Clinic are a boutique Sydney hair restoration clinic offering both an in-clinic experience and complete online service. Being a boutique style company, they were in need of a high end, modern, stylish website.

Keeing up appearences

Neubreed designed the original website and the client approached us wanting an update with some added funcionality. Drupal was used on conjuction with Drupal commerce, this added an online shopping cart system were customers could purchase products based on their consultation which made for a pleasant user experience on and off the website.

On top of this functionality, we also integreated there existing customer database with a simplified CRM style backend. Customers could fill out an online consultation form, which would automatically be entered into the database for admin users to follow up on later. The data entered could be sorted and filtered with all the information needed every step along the way of the clients consultation.
